What is STRONG by Zumba?

This is High intensity tempo training that is catered to all fitness levels. This means that the music drives the movements. Moving in sync with music makes you work harder.  In high intensity interval training (HIIT) and bootcamp class, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging. progression that provides a total body workout using only your body weight. All you need is a mat, workout gloves and a will to conquer your self imposed limitations. Join me at Core Studios, upper level, every Friday (7 pm.) for a workout that will change your body and your life.
